• Consultancy Services: The firm provides consultancy on education abroad , immigration and employment opportunities globally.
• Documentation Assistance: The Company assists in preparing and submitting the necessary documents for immigration and job applications.
• Job Placements: The Company helps clients find suitable job placements abroad.

3. Client Obligations

• Accurate Information: The client agrees to provide accurate and truthful information. The Company is not responsible for any consequences arising from false or misleading information.
• Compliance with Laws: The client agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of India and the destination country.
• Fees and Payments: The client agrees to pay all applicable fees for the services provided by the Company., irrespective of desired visa result or outcome.

4. Company Obligations

• Service Delivery: The Company agrees to provide the agreed-upon services in a timely and professional manner.
• Confidentiality: The Company will maintain the confidentiality of the client’s personal information, except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
• The Company is not responsible for delays or failures caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical issues.

6. Refund Policy

• Consultancy Fees: Consultancy fees are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
• Other Services: Refunds for other services will be considered on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of the Company.

7. Termination

• By Client: The client may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice to the Company.
• By Company: The Company may terminate the agreement if the client breaches any terms and conditions or engages in illegal activities.

8. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Visakhapatnam , Andhra Pradesh ,  INDIA.

9. Amendments

• The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms will be posted on the Company’s website, and it is the client’s responsibility to review them regularly.
